Now to Yas. I have an 18 pax dinner tomorrow on the 85 meter superyacht. The good news is that there is a fantastic kitchen on board. The wine paired menu is: Watermelon, goat cheese terrine with cucumber, lime and mint Prawn, avocado and tarragon glass rolls Crab, cucumber and apple bites Sea bream ceviche with melon, grapefruit and mint oil Roasted pigeon with figs, hazelnuts and coffee jus Wagyu striploin with morels, garlic cream and black truffle vinaigrette Cheese selection to finish I got the most beautiful piece of striploin ever - MB9 wagyu that has been aged for 50 days. I dont really feel like giving it away and use it as a pillow instead. I am also thinking to be nice and add a carpaccio with beetroot and horseradish.
