Nuba Mountains Relief: Early this summer, Doc PJ gave a report on his medical and relief work in the Sudan. A total of $5,600 was collected that evening for his human service efforts. He has traveled to Nairobi and is now on his way to Sudan to deliver food and medicine inside the rebel controlled area of the Nuba Mountains. Recently an additional $250 was sent by Father Dyer and he writes, “that $250 should buy about 250 lbs. of sorghum which will hopefully help keep several families alive long enough for their fall crop to harvest.” Pray for Doc PJ’s safety as he works and travels in this conflict zone.
