Number Game: I was given the number 9 by Danny N Sandy Poiroux. 9 things about me you may or may not know, and here we go...in no particular order. 9. I was born in Kennett, Mo. I also lived in Memphis and surrounding areas as a kid and moved to Theodore when I was in 9th grade. 8. I was in restaurant management in my youth for nearly 15 years. I held many titles and I traveled a lot in the earlier years, including Iowa, Indiana, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and Tennessee and of course, Alabama. I am sure I am leaving some places out. 7. Teresa S. Wright was my very first friend. We met when I was around 5. We spent a lot of time together as little girls. She is my sister of the heart. I am so happy to be able to reconnect in recent years and its like we were never apart. I hope to spend more time with her very soon. 6. I am allergic to processed coconut and too much MSG causes a burning sensation at the base of my skull. 5. I have been whale watching off the coast of Monterey, CA and it was amazing. I love that entire area of the California Coast. San Jose, Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Pebble Beach. San Francisco was way different. 4. I was very skinny and was picked on a lot about it when I was younger. I never weighed over 100 pounds until I was in my 30s. We will not discuss my weight now. 3. I am married to a wonderful man. We were friends in high school. Our paths crossed a few times throughout the years. I actually unfriended him once on facebook because my then boyfriend was jealous of him. I guess he knew something we didnt. LOL He is the love of my life. So glad he never gave up on me and our friendship bloomed into this wonderful love. 2. I hate to shop and I refuse to go to the mall. Most of my shopping is done online. 1. I love ice cream but have a real weakness for soft serve. Not too exciting...but there it is...
