Numgames is looking for a New Affiliate Manager! We are a full-service internet development house which develops and markets exciting products in the online gaming realm. Located in Ramat Ha-Hayal, lookign for someone for a full time position. Job Description: Primary role includes hands-on ownership on our affiliate program at early stage and responsibility to create new revenues by recruiting and retaining affiliate partners. • Identify and recruit new affiliates that are capable of driving value. • Negotiate contract terms, manage & analyze campaigns, initiate promotions and Desired Skills & Experience • Strong online sales/marketing/media/affiliate background – at least 2-3yrs • Technical online skills, analysis of reports, budget, optimization. • Experience with managing affiliate programs and software (PAP/Hasoffers/etc...) • Target driven, enthusiastic, motivated, mature, responsible, organized, team player. • Quick thinker with strong decision-making abilities. • Fluent English Speaking + at least another proficient language (excluding Hebrew) huge advantage!
