Nurse friends: my left arm keeps going numb and tingly, the worst of it in my hand, and my vision in my left eye gets so blurry at times that I actually cant make out numbers/letters or they are completely missing from my visual field to the left! I seriously did a whole stroke scale on myself, lol. The vision and numbness are the only things off, but they arent constant. My vitals are fine. I feel kind of light headed and shaky when it happens. At first I thought my blood sugar was low because it was mainly my vision that was off and I hadnt had anything to eat, but it hasnt gotten any better since eating... It has been on and off like this for about 3 hours now. Any ideas???
