Nursing some pain (weakness leaving my body!) with the help of good ole beta-endorphins after two days of intensive training at Tatsu Karate. I thought I knew something. The 1st hour or so was focused just on the root-basic concept of keeping a tight abdomen at all times while breathing, fighting and taking punches. Got some great private advice from my physician/friend/master sensei/client about physical therapy for my joint problems. Ended with protected sparring with all the karate stuff plus sweeps, take-downs and sub-fighting. So much, so quickly and a lot to practice and process! Looking forward to Chloé helping me with kata.
