This simple recipe is a great way to get that great ranch flavor without all the guilt. (If making this from scratch is too much work try adding a ranch packet to plain, non-fat, Greek yogurt) Greek Yogurt Ranch Makes about ½ a cup One serving is 2 Tbsp and about 45 cal. Ingredients • ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat • 3 tbsp buttermilk • 2 tbsp fresh parsley • ⅛ tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp garlic paste • 1 tsp vinegar • ⅛ tsp dill, or to taste • salt and pepper to taste
