O-Ringen Skåne 2014 Academy Practical information Accomodation and Academy Center Åhus Missionsgård Glansabovägen 101, 296 38 ÅHUS Sweden Åhus Missionsgård is located 3 km south of Åhus and 20 km southeast of Kristianstad in the pine forest close to the open sea with sand beaches (bring swim gear). How to get there: By car • From Kristianstad: Follow first road E22 and then 118. Look for the sign “Åhus Missionsgård” to the left 3 km south of Åhus • From Simrishamn/Ystad/Brösarp: Follow first road 19 and then 118. Look for the sign “Åhus Missionsgård” to the right 3km after passing the small village Yngsjö From Copenhagen Airport • From terminal 3 take a train with destination Kristianstad (via Malmö-Lund-Hässleholm). • Please buy ticket PRIOR to entering the train else a penalty of EUR100 may be issued. • Ticket machines are available in the terminal 3 at the entrance to the train platform and will accept credit cards. • Ticket fare to Kristianstad approx EUR20. • There are trains departing minimum every hour with duration of approx 90 minutes At Kristianstad trainstation O-Ringen Academy will arrange transport to Missionsgården. • Please inform Bitte Bengtsson (see contact info below) of preliminary arrival time in case transport is required. By Bus • From Kristianstad train station it is also possible to take bus 551 to Åhus Missionsgård (bus stop Glansabovägen) • There are buses departing minimum every hour with duration of approx 40 minutes • Ticket fare to Åhus Missiongård Glansabovägen is approx SEK40 (EUR4). Credit card will be accepted.
