O Thank you Jesus for given me a MIND TO START EXERCISING AND WALKING to shell off Excessive weight. Do you know your mind can be weighed down with stuff? I have learned just in a short period of time that exercising is therapeutic for the mind? While walking and praying this Morning, God spoke to me about our digestive system, so many people are dying because of certain food they have intake in their body, causing them to die unexpected and prematurely. God said We are eating food that causing unexpected stress, oppression, depression, sickness, heart disease, headaches, Children having unexplained behavior.God said we must watch what we are eating and digested in our body. Satan job is to kill, steal and to destroy His optimum goal is to rob the mind.YOUR MIND CAN BECOME THE DEVILS WORKSHOP. DONT LET HIM SET UP HIS OFFICE IN THE MIND IT IS A Terrible Thing to Waste! He doesnt want us to Have the Mind of Christ. My Pray is: God give me your mind so I can think like you! 1 CORINTHIANS 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are Gods. THANK YOU JESUS FOR A MIND TO CHANGE MY THOUGHT PATTERN!!!
