O father of mercies and tender physician of our soul,we have grievously sinned against u,and we are no longer worthy to be called ur children,we have repaid thy benefit with ingratitude and thy graces with neglect.we have merited thy displeasure and have deserved the heavy weight of ur punishment.deeply aware of this,our unhappy state,behold,we now present ourself before u to implore u pdrdon,pardon us o God of Love and remember not the sins of our past life,remember only that thou art our father and that we are still ur children,ur mercy o lord still exceeds the greatness of our misery,o Lord we are truelly sorry,we will not cease to confilde in thee,let us not be confounded forever,we propose from henceforth daily to bewail our past ingratitude,and we now make at thy feet the firm resolution never more to offend u and to fly with the most prudent care from all those occasion which we know by experience are dangerous to our weakness.by the help of ur grace o lord,we will adopt the securest means of overcoming our passions and of subduing our evil habits....AMEN....
