OAU LECTURERS TEACHING ASSESSMENT FORM; A MYTH OR TRICK? I can no longer help keeping quiet on the way OAU mgt has been playing on our intelligence concerning the so called Lecturers assessment Form i think it is a means to deceive students. I have analysed the situation and have come to a conclusion that the questionaire is a political questionaire that isnt aimed at achieving its aim.Come to think of it,how on earth do they expect students to answer 34 questions per lecturer,is it a rain semester exam? The mgt knew quite well that students wouldnt have the time to start answering the questions 34 in all,why are they now putting it there? I see names of lecturers that have never taught me before on the list of those i must answer questions about, how on earth do the mgt expect us to fill or answer questions on someone who has never step a foot into our class? The mgt has compulsoried it that we should fill the 34 spaces, some courses have 6 lecturers, some 4,some 2.I offered 8courses last sessions including electives,i had to tick an average of 600 times on the form, tell me where is the time to meticulously and carefully answer questions? My question is,is the questionaire to really assess lecturers or its just a ploy to deceive us into believing they are tracking down lecturers who are not delivering? Time will answer my question.
