OCA is working with a wonderful lady who is searching for a loving family to adopt her great nephew who is 9 years old. Parental rights for the biological mother and father have been terminated (in March 2014); this boys great aunt adopted him to keep him from entering foster care. However, she feels a loving family would be better equipped to care for her nephew and is searching for a potential adoptive family.
