ODD DREAM—WAR BETWEEN AFRICAN TRIBES (Not that anyone will read this. Old dream found while Searching for something else.) September 10, 2011 A war is going on between to African tribes-in-diaspora, and there are random shootings…even in the suburbs, it’s no longer safe. I light out from home. I travel from city to city, figuring if I don’t tell anyone who I am, no one will know, And I’ll be safe. In one city, I have a vision, looking out a window or doorway, of an Egyptian pyramid! I walk outside and across the street and into a gravel driveway, and see that what appeared as a perfect Pyramid is a pyramid-shaped stone atop a stone gatepost. A man in a blue suit appears and says that my vision was a Sign; and Ralph Reed (Christian activist) is in the building, and I’m entitled to meet with him. I say no thanks. I talk to Liam by phone. I’m staying in motel rooms now. I get the idea Liam’s right in the city where I am, and even in “exile” I can be with friends. But no, he’s not “here”, it’s just the phone that makes him seem close. I’m living from motel room to motel room, different cities. I have three envelopes sent in the mail with coupons…one sent to me in Louisville, one in Memphis, don’t remember the other one. It’s actually not a bad life, and I’m safe. But it’s a little expensive, springing for a motel room every night, and I need to think of a cheaper way to do this.
