OELA will not be having a meeting today, but we will have one NEXT WEEK. Although we wont meet today, we highly encourage our members to participate in two events happening on campus TODAY! The Pi Kappa Phi fraternity is hosting a 24 hour Bike-a-thon in the Quad to help raise money for people with physical and mental disabilities! Please drop by and support this awesome cause! They will be there until 9 am tomorrow! TONIGHT at 7:30pm in the Bergquist Lounge in the SUB there will be a presentation on the Alta Gracia factory in the Dominican Republic that sews BSU apparel! This factory is the first college apparel factory that pays its workers OVER THREE TIMES the minimum wage AND respects their voices and dignity. How neat is that?! There will be actual workers there, so please go learn more about this initiative and show support to fellow latinos!
