KSA SUMMARY OF OVERALL JOB PURPOSE To assist Project Director for planning, scheduling, monitoring of Production and execution of Projects by ensuring quality, legal aspects, cost effectiveness and timely completion of projects. · Will provide site management of office operations and project controls for power Plants, including construction management services for new works and renovation. · The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for oversight and evaluation of the contractors construction schedule with associated recommendations. · He will also serve as the field office manager, providing with support staff administrative services such as files and record management; meeting coordination and minutes; processing/logs of RFIs, submittals, changes and claims; photo records; oversight of payroll certification; and production of monthly progress report. · The Controls Manager will manage the office assets and administer the consultants budget and reporting. Will use communication skills (written and verbal), customer service, demonstrate proactive problem solving, experience in public works contracting and codes, · Handling of human resource issues and staff management, ability to adjust to changing job environment, and a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures. Potential for future field management of water/wastewater projects on the West Coast, or Program Management. · He is required to coordinate with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project control/business procedures and requirements, and have overall responsibility for project control/business activities. · He will be required to review and closely monitor project schedule and costs to ensure schedule and budget objectives are met and they must have a thorough knowledge of Requirements/Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical,mechanical) · Fluent in English - Spoken and Written. · Experience in power generation and Transmission projects with EPC Contractor If you want to get more details about this vacancies, don´t hesitate to contact Laura Canca.
