OFFICIAL CONDOLENCE MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT, STUDENTS UNION GOVERNMENT,NNAMDI AZIKIWE UNIVERSITY, AWKA,COMRADE NOBLE EYISI. There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are messengers of overwhelming grief... and unspeakable love. My fellow Noble Zikites,it is with Irvings words that join my voice with that of the family, department, faculty, friends and well wishers of Joy Nwakego,a three hundred level student of Accountancy Department,to bid her farewell. It is indeed painful to loss someone in her youthful vim, much more painful a woman with a nation in her. Dear Joy,words are too cheap and restrictive to express my grieved mental and psychological state over your demise, following much expectations from your parents,Friends and fellow undergraduates;it is indeed painful. But I have no power to question the supreme being who can demystify the mystery surrounding death. I and my fellow students will definitely miss you and that is why we join together today to pay our last physical respect, but you are forever in our minds. Like Marcus Tillius will say that The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living. We are all consoled, knowing that you are at peace with your God as testified by your friends and relations. Like Elizabeth kubler will say: It is not the end of the physical body that should worry us. Rather, our concern must be to live while were alive - to release our inner selves from the spiritual death that comes with living behind a facade designed to conform to external definitions of who and what we are. Good Night My dear Joy. COMRADE NOBLE EYISI PRESIDENT SUG,UNIZIK.
