(2) No personal attacks. (3) Hate speech that targets a group of people or an individual may be removed and could result in the offending party to be either (a) warned; or (b) removed from the group. (4) Make contributions toward action. (5) Contribute to the discussion positively. (6) Provide peer-reviewed research articles when apt, to guide discussions and encourage a scientific approach. (7) Do not block any of the admins of the group: this could result in removal from the group. (7) Nominate CIP group members to be added into the CIP Administration group: those who exceptionally demonstrate their ability to dynamically enforce the Code of Conduct, accompanied by resolve, knowledge of, and commitment to the movement.
