OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING HORRIFIC TRANSCOSMIC OVERTURE / LIVE AT TOMBSTONE CASSETTE We are sorry to announce that we still havent received our royalties of the new Horrific TransCosmic Overture pressing. The tape was released almost three months ago and our fans showed their interest and wanted to purchase the tape from us, but unfortunately all we can do is to apologise the situation: there aint no tapes here for sale at the moment. Labels should send the royalty copies to their respected artists immediately after theyve got the stuff from the pressing plant, but we just noticed that some distributors are already stocking the tape weve hardly even seen. Yeah, we saw our own tape in our friends distro stand at Selviytyjät festival, and guess what: our bassist bought our own tape to his friend for a gift! This is not the first time when this happens in the underground metal circles. In the past Invoker had to buy his own music from a German distribution because he never received his other bands stuff from the label(s) he worked with. And to this day, he still got nothing. What do you folks think about this? Why it is so hard to some people to keep their promises or at least to act fast, especially when the global underground metal scene is so small that it is very easy to ruin your reputation. In my opinion its an honour to be fast and reliable with the fellow guys and gals Im dealing with. No question about that. Labels should respect their bands, and the support from the fans is the thing that keeps the bands and labels going on. As a band we want to offer something more than emptiness to those who give their loyal support to us. Time will tell what happens next, but at the moment Horrific TransCosmic Overture is not available from the band and the first edition is sold out. We are very sorry to tell you this. Hopefully you can get your hands on the release some other way as it certainly deserves to be spread around the globe. Invoker of the Shadows & Funerary Bell
