Fantastikdesign is a company based in Brooklyn that sells high-end contemporary furniture imported from Italy, Turkey and France: on-line directly to the final customers and to architects; and off-line to showrooms all across the United States. The website is currently being developed and we want to extend the options and our markets. Responsibilities Then we are looking for 2 interns to helps us in this goal and to ensure following tasks : - Being the interface between the manufacturers in Europe and the US clients - Following-up the daily requests verifying and transmitting orders, resolving technical issues - Website management, internal bugs and development coordination with the webmasters and designers.Marketing plan edit and monitoring - Preparing invoices, following orders, and logisticTaking care of the importations with the brokers, transporters and the nationwide dispatch of the goods - The position also includes bookkeeping using QuickBooks or Excel, and following up the payments Skills The person has to be able to work independently, organizational skills are essential to assist the CEO during his extensive travels, and have ability to multi-task.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel…), graphics and website skillsSharp, fast friendly personality.
