OH lordy. Jessica McCarthy, Margaret Rennix, and Sparsha Saha I - TopicsExpress

OH lordy. Jessica McCarthy, Margaret Rennix, and Sparsha Saha I forgot to do the book challenge. I meant to do it. I agonized over my list. I used the list to procrastinate on my dissertation and thought about it while I was in the shower (where I do my best thinking). I let an inordinate amount of time go by, but I still intended to post it. And then I left the country and forgot. Ack! I literally just scrolled down my wall for the first time in an age and face palmed. Too embarrassing to post the list now. Lets just say that the Harry Potter series is the best thing thats ever been written and that takes care of 7/10. Plus I pretty much like all books and pretty much everything Ive read has stayed with me in some way, good or bad (I hear you on the Zola, Margaret). Except, despite the stream of consciousness that is happening now, I wish I could erase Faulkners books from my mind. Because GROSS. Hate him, hate his books, and his books make me want to hate all American literature. But I dont because of Robin McKinley, Henry James, Fitzgerald, and Hemingway...Nope... All expats. Fail. Wait! Lemony Snicket! Love him! Love his books! American literature is great! (I apologize. I have had 4 cups of Earl Grey tea in 2 hours.) Love you, girls! Sorry I flaked on the list!
