OH31 Senior Board and Lodging New Old age home now open in Doonside, Amanzimtoti, Durban. Situated at number 10 Umfuleni Road. We have repaired an old shoddy building and gave it a breath of fresh air. We have on site 24 Hour nursing care, a salon and many clever and funky ideas to make the OH31 Senior Board and Lodging a happy place to live. We are in process of having our open air movie theater on our roof top prepared and our catering is out of this world. Our pricing includes all our service offerings like the salon, pedicures, manicures, massages, etc. etc. and starts from R 4800.00 per month which goes up accordingly to room sizes and the level of care required. A single room costs R 5500.00 per month and if you are frail there would be a little extra charge. Daycare is also a big deal for us and at R 2500.00 per month, granny or gran-dad can come visit us every day of the week Monday to Sunday. We also have 24/7 on site security and a satellite office being used by paramedics and parking for their ambulances.
