OK - a question for my culinary friends, since I seem to be brain-dead today. I put 2 pork shoulder roasts in the oven at 12:07 at 450, then a half hour later turned it down to 350. They are both slightly more than 6lbs each. They have a small bone in each. Any suggestions on how long they should cook? Should I look at a chart for a 12lb roast?
