OK FB friends... I need some feedback. I have been dizzy since thanksgiving. Not a room spinning kind of dizzy but a dizzy where things go in and out of focus and I get disoriented. I also have numbness and tingling in my face and arms. I can hear the blood moving through my head and sometimes I feel faint. I went to the ER yesterday (yes I actually went because I felt that bad). My blood pressure is fine (a little elevated but not high), they did a CT scan (brain fine), an EKG (heart fine), blood work (blood chemistry fine) and chest X-Rays (lungs fine). Their conclusion was that I am not in any immediate danger of anything major so for now I am just dizzy. Gee thanks. They gave me medication that was supposed to help the dizziness (didnt help that but reduced the sound of blood rushing through my head). I am supposed to follow up with my PCP. I havent changed any medication, havent started or stopped any medication, havent changed any of my routines (eating, exercising, etc). What the heck? Any clarity?
