OK FB..... need a question answered. To help me pick a house. They are both equal in pro and con. Both are 3 bedroom House 1...$800.00 Painted Brick In town, 10min from work. Nice front/Fenced back yard Concrete pad room for one car, off street parking for anything else. Small rooms/small closets Single bath (small) Kitchen (small, no dishwasher) gas stove Living room with gas fireplace Laundry/Sun Room Have to pay Water/Trash, Gas, Electric, Net/Cable House 2..... $1,000.00 Double-Wide on Bricks (Modular Home/trailer) 25-30min drive to work On 2 acres not fenced (part of a horse farm with 20 miles of horse/ATV trails) private pond. Dirt road (currently pretty rough, landlord says it will be repaired by move in) Large rooms with ample closets 2 full Baths (one with big garden tub) Large open kitchen with dishwasher Living room with wood fireplace Laundry area/medium sized deck. Have to pay rent, Phone/internet and buy cell phone signal booster (one time cost $200) Electric is included...no gas. I must add that the modular home (trailer) is in the woods. Not a soul on the property except the owner (half mile up dirt road) his step son next to him and the horses. Wed be out there....its nice country. The brick house is just like the other houses on that street and have neighbors tight to our left and right. One family man and one divorced dude. HELP WITH YOUR COMMENTS, NEED TO MAKE A DECISION!!
