After taking all the information in from everyone Ive spoke with over the last couple months about having a tournament that is super fun to play in, very competitive at all levels, and has all the extra curricular activities that will make a world class event, Troy Lutzy Lutz and I are willing to bring you the players, what you want. So with out further delay, here is our initial idea. Also, there may or May not be a Large Sports store that might be willing to jump on board as a title sponsor. PLEASE GIVE US YOUR FEEDBACK *ONTARIO TEAM ARE INVITED AND WILL BE ACCOMMODATED IN SOME WAY DUE TO TRAVEL COST Location: Kamloops, BC. Tournament Ranch DATE: May long 2015, July long 2015, or Sept long 2015 TBD COST: TBD SANCTION: SPN( all SPN rules will be followed ) DIVISIONS: A, B, C, Recreational(fun division) CO-ED 7-3, or 6-4 TBD PRIZING: BIG cash, and PRIZING TDB UMPIRES: Hand selected by tournament directors BEER TENT/TOURNAMENT HQ: On site, cheap booze, raffle prizes, door prizes, silent auction TOURNAMENT SPONSORED HOTELS: discounted rates, Shuttle buses will be going to and from hotels during evening events(free) HOTEL RATES TBD ON SITE CAMPING: there will be limited space, but you can camp there. Fees TBD FRIDAY NIGHT: - Opening ceremonies - Coaches Meetings -Team Alberta vs Team British Columbia All Star Game - A Division Draw - Live music - fun beer tent games SATURDAY - All Round Robin games start - raffles draws, silent auctions - Manufactures Cup HOMERUN Show with special guest hitters - Players Homerun Derby - A Division Undefeated game to follow homerun sho, and homerun derby SUNDAY - Complete B, C, Rec round robin - A Final UNDER THE LIGHTS MONDAY - complete all tournament games - Return home Safe There you have it folks.
