OK #FarmersInsurance another legal battle checked off. I was insured with them when their drunk insured hit my parked truck (see pictures.) They insisted on totaling my low miles diesel truck & I declined. Did you know you can do that? I had to take the guy who hit me to small claims & when I get my judgment Farmers has to pay me -- without totaling my truck!! I have AAA now already a drastic improvement.
