This holiday admixture is founded upon Eyes Wide Open, a blend of beans with enough caffeine to launch a rocket, but truly comes into its own when we add Santa’s secret blend of flavors. To retain our place on the nice list, we’re keeping the recipe a secret, but suffice to say, this brew smacks like classic carrot cake cake right down to the cream cheese frosting.
