OK, Guilderland Class of 89, we need to have a 25th Reunion! Im reaching out to my fellow class officers Kimberly Ferris-Waters, Kristen Ferris-Hogan, Jennifer Lennebacker, and Carmelina Morrison, as well as Deborah Lia Simeone, Gretchen Wasserbach Finch, Jennifer Oertel, Liz Nitsky Egan, and others who have helped plan previous reunions. Im sure Michael T. Ryan would lend his organizational prowess to this. As Tony Van Ness suggested, perhaps we can pick a weekend in the fall so that folks can go to a Dutchman football game on Friday if they want. We can plan a kid-friendly event during the day on Saturday and then have the bash on Saturday night. Italian-American Community Center again? I thought that was a nice venue. Im happy to work on this, but I cant do it alone, especially since Im not in the area. I propose one of the following weekends: Sept. 12-14 or Oct. 10-13. Both of these have home football games on Friday night @ 7pm. The latter might be better as its the long Columbus Day weekend. Whos in? Thoughts?
