OK... I am back... Good energy in that Fleetwood Mac performance... nice drum solo too. The Midnight Special was a great show for music. Live too.. which makes it real. But... the question FB asked was what was on my mind. Lots to do today... some necessaries and some hope toos. Trying to decide a word or phrase to sort of frame my day in... thinking... taking action... That seems to be a recurring theme for me. Got something that needs something done about it? Get about doing it... Seems like a good thought to hold to as this day unfolds... and I will try throwing in a little love and understanding and patience along the way. I am thankful for hot water this morning. :) My belly is full of fruit and veggie smoothie... so it is thankful and that makes me thankful... :) That means this is the perfect time to take on those chores and responsibilities that need to be addressed... If I get enough done this morning, this afternoon... well... warm and sunny will be a great time to work on a dream... Converting the mule shed into a studio. That will be a work in process... one step at a time.. one day at a time. But I have played a little in it already... mucked it out and gave it a good sweeping with a broom. Then I took a Strat Miss Erin and Miss Gail gave me... back in... hmm... 94... plugged it into the oldest tube amp I have... that thing really kicks a**... the acoustics in the shed made me smile... there is plenty of space for the sound to bloom... I am looking forward to doing some recording there soon. Oh yeah, that old Les Paul... she sounded absolutely amazing to my ears when I plugged her in... damn what a sweet instrument.
