OK, I am going home and making broth. It has to get done. I defrosted the bones on Sunday. I am making beef bone broth in the crock pot and lamb bone broth in the stock pot. When I use the stock pot I sometimes over boil which makes it not congeal as well after a night in the refrigerator. Keeping the crock pot on low always gives me the perfect gelatinous mass. But a pro can handle her stock pot, so I will conquer it.
