OK, I bought this and planted it back in 2010. As it was just getting started good, my son took it to the ground with a weedeater. In 2011 IT CAME BACK and just as it was taking off ... again ... it was BUSHWHACKED. In 2012, I made MIGHTY sure that anyone who would possibly have a weed whacker/lawn mower or any other lawn maintenance equipment in hand were well aware of its presence. I have never seen three colors but I do regularly see two. Here is one. Thing is ... it is supposed to have a very sweet smell. I have yet to detect ANY odor. I am thinking that it just MIGHT be trying to remain unseen to avoid getting another WHACK JOB! ;)
