OK, I do not like Office Depot to begin with. However, I was in a position I needed to purchase a new laptop ASAP. There was no Staples nearby so I had to opt for Office Depot. I received a laptop last of September. November I was in trying to find out why it could not find my internet. I also took it back twice since. Always the problems were non existent and go on your way. I proceeded to take my same lousy laptop to office depot with my same complaint. 3 days, 3 different office depots and 3 different technicians within the same 3 days. I relayed my issue to each tech and each tech found a separate issue to be my problem which they at first said was non existent. The last tech today even found that if the antennae is on the wrong side of the laptop of the router it takes a while longer to locate the router because the signal has to travel from one side to the other and this can cause a problem of antennae not finding my router. It was extremely difficult to stay polite and get out of there before I strangled someone. I did tell him about each store and tech having a different issue we a computer which they had said had no problem. Maybe they too will be going away soon!
