OK I just came from CVS in amesbury. Yesterday I refilled my meds. It took them an hour or so. But when we drove up to the window one girl says u dont have a prescription for warfarin. Ill call ur doctor so please stop back in 20 minutes. Another girl says I dont see an order here for it. But did u call it in. Another girl say u could go to another pharmacy... Hmmm so I call when I get home cause now I am confused. I tell the girl what happened and ask if they have any in stock. She says yes of course, if u want to come in and pick it up in an hour I will have it ready. I asked her to please have it ready for tomorrow because I was just there. She says I dont know why the girl who waited on u told u that......we do have it. we both agreed to picking the med up the next day. So I go to the drive through window.... The same girl who says of course we have it..... Says we dont have any.... Lmao. Now I have lost my patience!!!!!!! I yelled you just told me last night u had it... Wtf. Get my med or I will f_____sue u. Why should I have a stroke cause u cant do ur job right. Lol she slams the window in my face. I dont blame her:-) :-) :-) so I jumped out of the car and went in. I told another girl what happened and she said we have only a few. I will give them to u. The pharmacist say Im sorry. For the confusion. Please come Monday and I promise I will have it for u... OK this is not the first time its happened to me but usually there is less lying from them and more patience from me... I never had this problem with stop n shop pharmacy... Will have to switch back.arrrrrrg!!!!!!!!!! Soooooo frustrated
