OK, Im FLIPPING MAD. I submitted a blueprint one week ago. It came back Monday, and I immediately rejected it as not being suitable and what I was looking for. Basically they simplified a part of the tag and left too much space between the raised metal lines, and I think they can fit more in. I responded with detailed instructions of what I would like. Because Im somewhat of a math geek, I even calculated by looking at tags in my collection, measuring with a mm ruler that shows .5 mm lines and taking detailed macro photos that they can get 2 raised metal lines as close as a half a mm apart with distinct fill between them. Today I get the EXACT same blueprint back, and yet they claim it is an updated blueprint. Are they kidding? Of course I rejected it again, and told them again specifically what i want. Has anyone else run into this problem. I tried looking up a phone number to contact them, but they have a number that goes to voice mail. What kind of company is it you cant contact except thru email? What the hell is wrong with these people? Why do we put up with this stuff?
