OK, Im playing Dr. again, or at least experimenting on myself for the good of all. I am again extolling the virtues of vinegar, precisely apple cider vinegar. For the last few years I have had an unsightly rough, brown lesion on my back that the dermatologist said was just a keratosis--aka, sun damage. I worried at it occasionally, and picked it off but it always grew back, larger and darker--kinda ugly. So, after reading on the internet about the use of apple cider vinegar to treat skin tags I thought, heck, Ill try it on this. Amazingly enough it softened and peeled away and so far has diminished to almost the point of not being visible. I also had a scar-like little spot on my upper arm that was caused by itching continuously (dry skin), kinda like a keloid. I have been treating that too, and it appears to have diminished as well. So now I am following a skin regimen where in the morning I simply clean my face with a cotton ball soaked in acv, and rinse well (otherwise your eyes tend to sting & water). And my skin looks better than ever. I will keep updating my progress with this method since I also have some skin tags that were too small to use the Dr. Scholls treatment on that I am also using the acv on as well. Heres to living naturally!
