OK ... Its official. Im not paranoid everything really does hate me :0( Car in for service and intention was to have a morning with Angie in Stockport, nice. Angie a bit poorly this morning (OK now) so dropped car off alone at 8.45 and told it will be ready towards the end of the day. OK, yomp to station, take train to Piccadilly, told by ticket man that metro wont get me to Victoria in time to catch Mossley train. Leaving Piccadilly hear announcement for Stalybridge train, but continue second Yomp across town to Victoria. Board Mossley train with 3 minutes to spare, when it promptly appeared to fart loudly and go dead. 20 minutes of driver and man in guantanamo bay outfit scratching heads, then they just shrug and both walk off. 10 minutes later station announcement that train cancelled due to mechanical failure. Caught next train to STALYBRIDGE!!!!!! Managed to work out what bus to catch to get remotely near to home .. and arrive home at 12:00. Phone rang...... Your car is ready Mr Massey. Arrrrrghhhh!
