You sound like you are really oppressed, why dont you make hijrah somewhere else instead of making all haram halal and all waajibaat haram? Sheikh Moderate says: dont be ridiculous! because we are a weak and oppressed minority, hijrah is no longer waajib because we can just do all the haram things instead ... But if you dont like that and want to make life difficult for yourself by abiding by ALL of the Shariah laws, why dont YOU make hijrah? Daee: Allah (Swt) says, Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them): In what (condition) were you? They reply: We were weak and oppressed on earth. They (angels) say: Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein? Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! [EMQ 4:97]
