When the charter passes, lets circulate a petition to put on the November 2015 ballot a BINDING vote which mandates the County Council, at C-TRAN, Metro/JPACT, RTC and with the state and federal legislative delegations, to endorse what THE PEOPLE vote is the countys highest priority for a Columbia River crossing: West, East, or I-5. To get a preview of how that vote may turn out, Im attaching snips of both the Reflector and the Columbian polls which are asking similar questions. By almost a 2/3 mandate in both polls, each of which has hundreds of votes already cast, I-5 comes out on top.
