OK, all foodies. Has anyone ever tried chapulines (Oaxacan fried grasshoppers)? I may have to opportunity to ingest this delicacy very soon, and would appreciate *actual* commentary, not just the usual gagging and making fun. If nearly 2/3 of the worlds human population regularly gets protein from bugs, who am I to be squeamish??? Hey, I once felt squeamish about sushi... Im looking either for courage or good reasons to skip this option. Gracias to one and all.
