OK...as a Parent, I am happy that Sgt. Bergdahl is safe and reunited with his family. Many Parents of our Military who have had their loved ones captured, many of those who have lost their loved ones (Contractors and Media as well) who will never return, especially our very own Keith and Carol Maupin. As former Military, I want Sgt. Bergdahl to face any consequences which will come his way because of his AWOL status and desertion, especially during war time. There is no excuse for what he did, but, he is innocent until all the facts are in and tried for his actions and found guilty. BUT...for any threats against the Bergdahl Family is wrong in any way, shape, or fashion because they are not and were not responsible for what actions their son took. Please leave them out of it!
