OK, can someone--ANYONE--explain this to me? Im walking alone, peacefully, in the grocery store when all-of-a-sudden, a song comes on over the PA. (Think Muzak, only its actually a local radio station.) Well, its a song I have not heard for over 30 years, see, and I just start singing along to it... I remember the freaking words to it, like I just sang it yesterday! WTF??? I cant remember what I ate for dinner last night, usually, but I can remember the words to songs that I sang over 3 decades ago, but havent heard since??? Again: WTF??? There must be a word for this phenomenon, right? Or am I the only one in the world whos experienced this? And, if so, I should name it.
