OK legal experts, what do you think? My neighbour has erected a wooden fence in my garden. My solicitor notified him in writing four months ago of this trespass, and demanded that the fence was moved within seven days. It is now time for me to remove the fence myself. What is my duty of care in so doing? Is this a chainsaw job, or do I have to unscrew the panels, stack then nicely, then dig out the posts?
