OK, let me start by saying I am NOT an administrator on this site, just a normal poster like the rest of us. But this is just a personal appeal. We all see things differently. We all have different opinions of what makes Star Trek awesome (and I think the joining thing is, at the end of the day, thats something we can ALL agree on). But if someone says something is cool or the best, and you dont agree, you DONT have to immediately start a confrontational post. Deriding their personal tastes is not an effective way to make them change their mind. In fact, it usually just prompts them to get ugly in return. Whos to say youre right? Debating is fine but starting one out by insults is just childish. And makes you look like a petulant child, frankly. And please simply notify a moderator (the drop down on the post gives the option) if something doesnt belong here. Dont start sputtering indignation and derision. It just makes you look like a fool. Live long and prosper.
