OK my fellow moms - I need your opinion :-) Planning a Birthday Dinner for my daughters 13th bday in Dec. I want something trendy and fun where they can get dressed up and have a good time. I dont want a place thats too kidcentric (i.e. Corvette Diner) but nothing boring either. Only spot I can think of with the vibe I want is....Lei Lounge in Hillcrest. Outdoors -- Fire Pit Tables -- Ceiling is a HD Screen with a bunch of stuff playing on it -- Techno music (not for getting up dancing, but more background). That said -- its in Hillcrest....on a Friday night :-/ How would you feel about letting your daughter at 13yrs go? Honest opinion please!! (Im worried that I will put this together then all her friends moms be like Hell No!) LMAO
