OK now that Ive gotten over the whole new TV excitement I can now process my evening at work. I didnt have a good evening. Im dealing with some things I shouldnt have to. I love what I do and I do love the people I work with..most of the time. But, when you come to work using your particular poison and it affects not only your performance but also your attitude then I have a problem. Also when you use your manipulation to influence management. I have a problem with it. I left work literally shaking tonight. I was angry. I was upset. I was sad. Im not sure just how Im going to handle this. I do know that this is something I cannot be around yet I cannot afford to leave this job and start over somewhere new. Just pray for me that I will know by morning what I should do...thanks for letting me share....
