OK since so many of you have fleshed out some pretty awesome and detailed goals I thought I would ponder my own and be very specific. I would like to achieve a goal that is performance oriented. I would like to increase my anaerobic capacity. I would like to really work on my heart health to be able to withstand a hard workout and be able to endure with ease. I want to be the girl in the WOD that is not stopping to suck air that is going FFF ( Full Face Forward). I also want to have a diet that supports this. As it is impossible to get through these workouts without proper respect to nutrition. So I guess my goal is to increase cardio strength endurance and also maintain a solid healthy diet to support this. Weight loss is not a goal ad I have been heavier and happier and skinnier and more miserable. So this six weeks is not about weight loss or gain...but I suspect if A and B are taken care of body composition is usually in the equation somewhere. My goal is to continue to increase my HIIT workout in intensity and also work on my handstand and get back into more bar work. Pull ups etc. . Im going to do a fit test WOD for a bench mark and do the same one at the end of the six weeks. And I also want to mindfully do this, be happy and present in my body daily...like an active meditation as I feel so blessed to feel healthy. Thats really important to me...keep a positive mindset.
