OK, so Ive been on the program for 3 weeks and today was weigh day. I am feeling better, more mobile, flexible and I am down a full size in my clothes. The program suggests that in the first three weeks, I should have lost between 4 and 9 lbs. but I felt that I might have lost even more than that. I still havent been to the gym or done any exercise since I started, but I was hopeful that I had a good week. WELL, I DID!!! I dropped 8lbs. this week! So my 3 week total is 13.8lbs. to say I am excited about this weight loss program would be an understatement. Its so easy. Such a no brainer thanks to my free health coaching and awesome wife, Jill Bukzin Boterus, and simple food plan. When you are ready, really ready to lose weight, Ask me about it. Only 30.2 lbs from goal weight I cant wait till next weeks weigh in.
