OK so im thinking about calling in on my neighbors and their puppy. They leave the puppy outside about 90% of the time and even leave with her still outside. This puppy is sweet but is too hyper so she has bit two of my kids and other neighbors kids playing with them and takes off with stuff like toys or my dang hairbrush i took outside w me. She poops anywhere she pleases and btw they can get in trouble for 1. The breed of the dog is some kind of rottweiler or lab which you can only have breeds like chihuahuas or any small breed 2. they are supposed to pick up their dogs crap, and 3. They cannot leave her outside even with a chain which she doesnt have. Im fed up with it!!!!!! OAN they have been through like 3 or 4 puppies so i moved here in march.
