OK take a deep breath and release... now close your eyes and start to imagine that you are at a beach, forest or an exotic island... use your mind and start to visualize... now stretch... put your right hand up over and behind your head and with your left hand cross over your elbow and and press do that for both sides and change it up back and forth with deep breaths. And keep your eyes close and continue to imagine where ever your journey is taking you. ( stay tuned I will be posting more music and what to do.. please comment your feed back on how you are feeling at the moment or after the session... Just dont be distracted and if u comment and it takes u out the zone them comment after... cause RULE 2 !!! D O N T F U C K U P M Y H I G H- God bless LOL
