OK, they incarcerate, dehumanize, humiliate, drive them to desperation and suicide, allow them to be attacked and murdered all the whilst spending $$$$$$m to keep them in the detention centers and now, to add insult to injury, they want to pay them to go back to what they fled from. Whose money are they spending???????? I have never yet known a Govt that is frugal for themselves or for what they want to do with our money. These people do not need to be forced back into a situation they fled from. Apart from the ethics of this there is also the ethics of how they waste/spend taxpayer money.
